lately, ive not been posting much of what ive been writing. ive chosen to go inside myself to visit the caves inside my heart to find answers. daddy has been so busy w/ illness, work, kong kong’s funeral & making sure the family is well cared for. despite these factors, i dont blamed him for my family’s loneliness.
solitude has been my guide to finding trust. w/ minimal blogging & conversation, ive found trust inside myself. mindfulness, meditation & early darkness have given me peace to listen to the silence. fear & many other human emotions still want to sit w/ me, begging to speak & break the silence. i accept their presence w/out judgment.
i know i can also invite trust to join us.
