a message for you.
please excuse my dust as this blog site is still under construction.
we are all filled w/ so many layers & stories.

isnt the woman’s face plastered w/ makeup & whose lashes stick together when she blinks really beautiful & full of life; after she washed everything off & left it all behind in her washcloth. isnt a banana or an onion fabulous inside once its been peeled. & when someone is filled w/ crappy memories, dont they look radiant when they’ve told their story to someone who understands because they finally rid themselves of the pain that was blistering then from the inside out.
but the most beautiful thing to ever see once the layers are peeled back is someone’s heart & sometimes if they’re really stubborn that can take more patience & understanding, then you ever thought possible & it’ll make you sweat, cry & punch your fists, walk away, come back & do it all over again.
but once you find that heart & hold onto it, you’ll never regret all the work it took & all the peeled layers that had to bee gently discarded along the way to finally see it & talk to it & bee w/ it. my layers are showing all over the place & i feel its not good. too much to see & deal w/. & sometimes way too overwhelming for all involved; so much is exposed.
yet sometimes it is just too scary to let anyone get close enough to the heart. its like sending an arrow straight to my heart. but im someone whose heart used to bee quite covered up in protective layers & as they are shedding, it is painful.
sometimes it feels like cracking nuts.
