please excuse my dust as this blog site is still under construction.

from my own experience, i can have an acid tongue, sometimes well deserved & yep, very well thought out, but also having used it with reckless abandon. a lost temper, so very tired, frustrated - a million reasons to have charged without considering how my words will land. those i regret, there have been some i could not take back. i've also been on the receiving end & the ones that have hurt the most was when there was no thought placed on how those words would affect me. they were not necessarily meant to be nasty, but there was no care to ensure they wouldn't be either. it didn't matter one way or the other. i’m telling you, it didn’t matter.
beautiful sky, beautiful sun rising to shine over us because i’m still here. i was shaken, i was struck, i was angry – i still am. just as i’m still here. you wanted to scare me, you did. you wanted my attention, you got it. you wanted to destroy me but i’m still here. you wanted me to look at this day & see your face. i look at this day & see those who were murdered. i look at this day & i see my face. & because i’m still here, dios nos bendiga, god bless me. i still stand tall. yes, i still have a lot to learn, i’m not perfect but i’m capable of great love. i would love show it every day because i’m capable of great deeds, accomplish them every day, capable of greatness, had i prove that always back then. not for you but not for us either but all of us - because i’m still here.
if i never met you, i wouldn't like you. if i didn't like you i wouldn't love you. if i didn't love you i wouldn't miss you. the fault of {insertword}.
Signed with love,
